Support Terms

Support the platform (optional)

Support is an optional voluntary contribution of any amount. Contributions are appreciated but not required. They help fund development, advertising and maintenance of needmaster.eu. As a thank-you, your listing may be shown for a limited period (default 30 days) in the Supporters section on the homepage and may receive a small SUPPORTED label. Listings in the Supporters section are displayed in random order (6 at a time) and rotate every few seconds, so your listing may not appear immediately.

Activation

If your listing is already published, support activates automatically (usually within minutes). If your listing is pending review, support activates automatically once the listing is approved and published.

Non-refundable

Support triggers a digital thank-you/visibility benefit that starts immediately (or after approval). For that reason, support payments are non-refundable. In case of a technical issue, we may fix it or extend the thank-you period.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store card details. We store a transaction reference and supported status for duplicate prevention and support.

Abuse

Listings that violate our terms (e.g., illegal or misleading content) may be removed or restricted. In such cases, support remains non-refundable.
